Job Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising subordinate employees, managing photography sessions, and ensuring all photography work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards. The successful candidate will possess technical photography skills, experience with photography software, the ability to set up lighting, and creativity in choosing and setting up locations. In addition, the ideal candidate should have a good understanding of creative prop decorations for food and product photography, and strong photography light skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage schedules based on timelines provided
• Prepare necessary release forms for the Project
• Conduct indoor and outdoor photography shoots, including portraits, product photography, studio portraits, food & beverages photography, and event photography
• Edit and retouch images professionally
• Choose and set up locations, including creative props for photoshoots
• Maintain and manage production equipment
• Submit photos on time based on the provided time frame
• Prepare the studio for photoshoots

Job Requirements

• Technical photography skills in portrait (outdoor), product photography, studio portrait (indoor), food & beverages photography, and event photography
• Experience with photography software such as Lightroom and Photoshop
• Creativity and ability to choose and set up locations, including understanding of creative prop decorations for food and product photography
• Understanding of photography light skills
• Research skills and ability to make contacts
• Communication and time management skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a schedule
• Ability to work independently, be flexible, work under pressure, and collaborate with a team to accommodate client deadlines.
